President & CEO
Marshall E. Crawford, Jr., MPA
President and CEO
Mr. Crawford is an experienced nonprofit executive and shares THF’s commitment to help individuals and communities create and maintain affordable and healthy places to live and work. As the President and CEO, his responsibilities include organization leadership and management, strategic planning, resource development, management of loan portfolio and lending operations and community external relations.
Meet The Housing Fund Staff
Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer
Angela manages the effectiveness of the lending programs operated by The Housing Fund. She develops methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of all loan programs. She reviews agency loan policies for compliance with their required rules and guidelines. As a senior officer, Angela analyzes growth opportunities for new initiatives within the scope of THF’s charter and vision.
Senior Loan Officer
Candice is responsible for coordinating the processing, underwriting and closing of Down Payment Assistance loans. She works with borrowers, lenders, title companies and other related agencies for loan evaluation, approval and closing.
Senior Staff Accountant
Dan supports the Finance Department with a focus on cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable and special projects as assigned.
Freda is responsible for servicing loans to individuals, including receiving loan payments, issuing payoffs, and managing collections and delinquencies.
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
David is responsible for all accounting operations and provides standard and custom financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors to assess the financial status of The Housing Fund.
Vice President, Community Lending
Terry manages The Housing Fund’s diverse lending products, contributes to building borrower relationships and has the lead responsibility for the processes affordable housing development loans and community facilities.
Vice President, Director of Community Impact
Alisha manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of a community impact agenda in the focus areas of the community land trust and community impact grants.
Michael develops strategic communication strategies to build community awareness about THF programs, initiatives and funding opportunities.
Community Impact Specialist
Trantell is responsible for managing the grant resources provided to individuals and families to help create and maintain affordable and healthy places for low- and moderate-income people to live.
Hannah manages The Housing Fund’s diverse loan portfolio, contributes to building borrower relationships and has the lead responsibility for the processes and databases that THF uses to analyze, service and report on its loan portfolio.
The Housing Fund, Inc was established in 1996 as a private, 501(c)(3) organization to finance affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization projects throughout Middle Tennessee, including Montgomery County.
