Marshall E. Crawford, Jr., MPA
President and CEO
An experienced nonprofit executive, Marshall Crawford shares The Housing Fund’s commitment to helping individuals and communities create and maintain affordable, healthy places in which to live and work. As President and CEO, his responsibilities include organizational leadership, strategic planning, resource development, and the management of loan portfolios, lending operations, and community/external relations.
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
David is responsible for strategic leadership and accounting operations. He provides leadership for the organization, along with standard and custom financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors, to assess THF’s overall financial status.
Angela provides leadership and strategic vision to the organization. She enhances all operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls for The Housing Fund.
Emma oversees both internal and external communications for The Housing Fund. She collaborates with various programs and initiatives to enhance community outreach, crafting and executing communication strategies that advance the organization’s goals and objectives.
Lou is a Business Development Manager that works across all lending programs and initiatives, providing community outreach efforts develop opportunities that advance The Housing Fund’s organizational goals and objectives, primarily in West Tennessee.
Hunter supports the Community & Economic Development team with credit analyses for the financial information of builder-developers interested in utilizing THF’s resources to construct or rehab affordable housing and other community facilities.
Candice leads client interactions and processes for our Shared Equity and Home Improvement loans. She also conducts outreach and works closely with THF’s lending partners.
Freda provides guidance and counseling to consumers interested in homeownership opportunities. She also leads our homebuyer education and money management activities.
Rachel manages the Community Land Trust, which serves middle-TN to ensure long-term housing affordability. Also, she is responsibile for the oversight of all community grants and related activities for community impact.
Trantell is responsible for managing the grant resources provided to individuals and families to help create and maintain affordable and healthy places for low- and moderate-income people to live.
Joanna is a business development strategist that works across all programs and initiatives providing community outreach efforts to develop and implement marketing strategies that advance The Housing Fund’s organizational goals and objectives.
Joseph works closely alongside THF’s CFO to plan and organize financial and accounting activities, prepare financial statements and records, and advance client-service software and systems.
John manages The Housing Fund’s diverse loan portfolio, contributes to building borrower relationships, and has the lead responsibility for the processes and databases that THF uses to analyze, service and report on its loan portfolio.
Heather is a staff accountant on The Housing Fund’s finance team with a primary focus on accounts payable, loan portfolio management, and any special projects as assigned.
The Housing Fund provides three consumer-lending products to facilitate homeownership for low-to-moderate income buyers: Down Payment Assistance, Shared Equity homeownership, and a Community Land Trust for Davidson County.
