Small Rehabilitation Projects

The Housing Fund provides grants based off contractor assessments to help homeowners with home rehabilitation projects regarding health and safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility. 

Terms and Amounts:

  • Grants based off contractor assessments
  • Restrictions may apply

How Do I Qualify?

  • Complete a homeowner waiver of liability
  • Complete two brief financial planning sessions
  • Choose your contractor from provided list

Eligibility

  • An applying homeowner can annually earn up to 120% of Area Median Income (Income Guidelines for each Tennessee county are here).
  • Funding is currently available in Davidson County only
