Marshall E. Crawford, Jr., MPA
President and CEO
An experienced nonprofit executive, Marshall Crawford shares The Housing Fund’s commitment to helping individuals and communities create and maintain affordable, healthy places in which to live and work. As President and CEO, his responsibilities include organizational leadership, strategic planning, resource development, and the management of loan portfolios, lending operations, and community/external relations.

David Parrish
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
David is responsible for strategic leadership and accounting operations. He provides leadership for the organization along with standard and custom financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors to assess the financial status of The Housing Fund.
Angela Belcher
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Angela provides leadership and strategic vision to the organization. She enhances all operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls for The Housing Fund.
Alisha Haddock
Senior Vice President, Director of Community and Economic Development
Alisha manages our commercial lending activities and property development. She ensures implementation, and evaluation of a community and economic development activities while managing our impact.
Mary Beth Ikard, APR
Communications Manager
Mary Beth develops strategic communication and grant-writing strategies to build community awareness about THF programs and initiatives, and leverage funding opportunities
Joseph Lackey
Controller
Joseph plans and organizes financial and accounting activities, prepares financial statements and records, and advances client-service software and systems.
Candice Winburn
Senior Mortgage Advisor
Candice leads our downpayment assistance loan and home improvement products; conducts outreach and works closely with our lending partners.
Freda Harris
Senior Mortgage Advisor
Freda provides guidance and counseling to consumers interested in homeownership opportunities. She also leads our homebuyer education and money management activities.

Relationship Manager, Community and Economic Development
Joanna is a business development strategist that works across all programs and initiatives providing community outreach efforts to develop and implement marketing strategies that advance The Housing Fund’s organizational goals and objectives.

Trantell is responsible for managing the grant resources provided to individuals and families to help create and maintain affordable and healthy places for low- and moderate-income people to live.

Staff Accountant
Hannah works in the Finance Department with a focus on cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable and special projects as assigned.
Hunter Haislip
Credit Analyst, Community and Economic Development
Hunter provides support to the Community and Economic Development team by providing credit analysis of financial information of real estate developers interested in utilizing THF resources for the development of affordable housing and community facilities.
John Hawk
Staff Accountant
John manages The Housing Fund’s diverse loan portfolio, contributes to building borrower relationships and has the lead responsibility for the processes and databases that THF uses to analyze, service and report on its loan portfolio.
Housing for Today's Tennessee Families
The Housing Fund provides three consumer-lending products to facilitate homeownership for low-to-moderate income buyers: Down Payment Assistance, Shared Equity homeownership, and a Community Land Trust for Davidson County.
